There is never a need to be rude to someone behind the counter of of a fast food place. If you are that frustrated you can easily request to speak to a manager, who will usually just replace any food you have issues with or refund your money. Worst case scenario they will give you all of the information you need to place a formal complaint against the service. I assure you these complaints do get dealt with.
Workers at your average fast food place usually get less than 30 minutes of break for a six hour shift Eight hours of work and a 30 minute break„ pulling garbage from urinals, mopping floors and cleaning up trash, packing large orders of food in 3 minutes or less despite being understaffed or overworked… is it really their job to deal with your personal attacks as well? “You should find yourself a new fuckin’ occupation” “How stupid are you that you can’t get a simple order right!?” or just the classic “Bitch”. Its hurtful, it doesn’t help you, and usually they couldn’t be more inaccurate.
On a related note I would like to point out that making overtly sexual remarks or suggestions to your server is just utterly inappropriate. Do not ask the girl at popeyes if she has two juicy breasts for you. Do not tell the guy at Mcdonalds that you would like to squeeze his hamburger buns. No, just no. Not only have they probably heard it a million times already but it makes most people super uncomfortable and since they’re discouraged from leaving their posts they basically have to stand there and be sexually harassed until the order is done.
In summation, Fast food workers are people too man, be nice to them and most of em’ will be nice back. Be mean and you’re going to piss people off and make them displeased to serve you.If you were unhappy with your service just remember the service workers motto, “When in doubt call a manager”.
